Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist I for Port Orange, FL (Zip 32127). Work hours: Wed–Fri 6am–3pm and Saturdays 6am–12 noon, with occasional on-call and overtime as needed.

This role supports area supervisor, performing forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing in a safe, professional environment. Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, delivering quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting, and maintaining a positive image with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• *Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.*

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One( ) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
