Labcorp in Mt Laurel, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. The role involves blood collection, specimen processing, data entry, and ensuring accurate patient information flows. You will travel to additional sites as needed and deliver excellent patient service in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 7:00am–1:00pm schedule, rotating Saturdays, and a comprehensive benefits package with potential incentive opportunities based on performance.

Competenze

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to additional sites when needed.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm and rotating Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Pay Range

$17.75-24

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
