Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and potential infectious organisms. Other demands include standing 6–8 hours per day, bending, twisting, frequent hand movements, precise finger coordination, lifting up to 50 lbs, use of personal protective equipment, and vision requirements (20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other).

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated pay scale for the Phlebotomist role based in Danville, VA is $16.25 per hour, with eligibility to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool.
