Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Charge to oversee blood collection operations and staff at our Crestwood, MO location. The role includes donor care, registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy as part of the full donation process.

This is a Full Time position with 30+ hours per week, requiring availability for days, evenings, and weekends. It offers industry leading pay with shift premiums and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and staff.

Job description

Our Charges use their healthcare and phlebotomy skills to oversee blood collection operations and ensure collections run smoothly while providing donor care. In addition to overseeing the staff for the assigned blood drive or collection center, Charges will carry out all functions of the donation process including donor registration, screening, physical, and phlebotomy.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
