Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our Conway, AR location. You'll perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering while upholding strict confidentiality and PHI safeguards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant phlebotomy-related training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic data entry skills and comfort with computers.

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
