Job summary

DOCS Health in Nevada is seeking experienced Phlebotomists to join our mobile and fixed-clinic teams serving military service members. This role emphasizes weekend availability with occasional weekday hours as needed, and requires strong patient care and adherence to safety protocols.

You will perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, conduct EKGs, and record vitals and vision while maintaining high standards of service within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy Certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ year experience preferred.
• Experience with military or mobile medical services preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Attention all Phlebotomists, we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Nevada on an \"as needed basis\".

Requirements

Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy /Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements

• Phlebotomy Certification - required
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
