Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at the Bullhead City, AZ Patient Service Center. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, handle specimen processing, and ensure accurate data entry and billing support.

The role emphasizes exceptional patient service and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, phlebotomy training or certification (or 2+ months experience), and may be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 2 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Pediatrics drawing experience
• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Bullhead City, AZ.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and rotating Saturdays, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
