Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist to join the Bryan, OH team. The role covers venipuncture, specimen collection for tests, data entry, and basic billing tasks in a patient-focused environment.

You will work Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with alternating Saturday rotation; travel to other sites may be required. A valid phlebotomy cert or training is expected.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at Bryan PSC 442 W High St. Bryan, OH 43506.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am – 6pm Every other Saturday Rotation 8am-12pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour.

All job offers will be based on the candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
