Join Parachute, LLC in Brownwood, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the Donor Floor on a full-time basis. You will perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis, support daily operations, and help create a welcoming, efficient donor experience in a fast-growing plasma donation center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• 2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, medical field, or customer service.

• Own donor floor activities: setup, phlebotomy, disconnect, and documentation
• Set up donor stations and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready

What You’ll Do As a Phlebotomist, you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, and a critical part of the donor experience. You will be responsible for performing venipuncture for plasmapheresis and supporting our fast-paced daily operations, working collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors.
