Labcorp in Bristol, PA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. The Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office, providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections.

You will be the face of Labcorp and have opportunities for growth within the organization. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and either a phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Bristol, PA

Work Schedule:

Week #1 Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Week #2 Monday-Friday 6am-1:30pm Saturday 7am-11am

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Additional Job Standards:

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
