Job summary

PCI, located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift to supervise warehouse staff and ASRS operators, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution and timely material flow to production.

You will schedule personnel, enforce safety, conduct cycle counts, maintain cleanliness, resolve system issues, and train employees, reporting attendance to HR as required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business/Logistics Management is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and ASRS operators.
• Familiarity with cGMPs and SOPs.
• Ability to train and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to meet daily work demands.
