Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Philadelphia, PA, in their own homes. This role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and diverse shifts, with options for full-time or part-time work and biweekly pay.

You will provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance, following each client’s care plan with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable attitude.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance for applicable cases.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and onboarding procedures.
• Commitment to treating every client with dignity, respect and kindness.
• All applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination.

Responsabilités

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Helping with errands and transportation as needed.
• Following care plans and reporting changes in clients’ conditions.
