Job summary

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Manager to partner with the Chief Philanthropy Officer on high‑impact campaigns and fundraising operations. The role blends executive support with project leadership to advance campaigns, stewardship, and data integrity.

You will coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics while aligning internal teams and external partners to drive success across multiple initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in project management, philanthropy, operations support, or executive administrative support.
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and align objectives.
• Experience with donor databases and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational lead supporting the Chief Philanthropy Officer on special campaigns.
• Schedule, communications, and event/travel logistics with discretion and efficiency.
• Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, briefings, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Act as liaison between the CPO and stakeholders for timely communication.
• Oversee internal fundraising operations, systems, workflows, and reporting.
• Maintain Tessitura and other platforms to support donor pipeline analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, documentation, and operational protocols.
• Lead coordination of fundraising activities and campaigns with multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy, Communications, Finance, and external partners to drive success.
• Plan logistics for campaign events, meetings, and milestones; prepare leadership reports.
