Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative work required.
• Experience working with donors and/or grantees in a grants management role preferred.
• Strong Salesforce or similar database skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the weekly grants process, acting as a point for Donor Advised Fund clients.
• Maintain accurate grant records and coordinate grant agreement signing.
• Facilitate client relationship management and improve online client portal.
