This opportunity in the Philadelphia area seeks a capable RBT/BCaBA/BCAT-certified professional to provide 1:1 behavioral health interventions for children and adolescents with emotional challenges.

You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis, collaborate with a treatment team, and monitor behaviors while ensuring safety through crisis management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health services.
• Bachelor's in Human Services or related field; or equivalent certification.
• RBT, BCaBA, or BCAT certification required or eligible.
• PA Therapeutic Support Staff experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention in a facility setting for children/adolescents with emotional challenges.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis under supervision and team input.
• Collaborate with treatment team to support treatment plans.
• Monitor and document behaviors, and redirect challenging behaviors.
• Participate in crisis management for youths with mental health diagnoses.
