Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Phenom 300 SIC to join our Chicago-area operation based at KPWK.

The successful candidate will operate the Phenom 300 safely and professionally, adhering to all applicable FAA regulations and Solairus policies while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Ideal candidates will have extensive flight experience, including 1000 total hours, PIC time, and relevant turbojet exposure, with readiness for on-call schedules and annual ICAO procedures

Formación

• Total flight time must be 1000+ hours.
• PIC time at least 500 hours.
• MEL experience 500 hours.
• MEL PIC 100 hours.
• Turbojet time 100 hours.
• Instrument time 75 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for safe operation of the Phenom 300 aircraft.
• Conduct flights safely and prudently according to manuals and regs.
• Review aircraft maintenance status.
• Perform proper pre-flight inspection per Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Check weather, facilities, and alternate airports en route.
• Ensure flight compliance with Solairus policies and regulations.
• Ensure passenger, aircraft, and crew safety.
• Complete trip paperwork accurately.

• Responsible for safe operation of the Phenom 300 aircraft.
• Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with, but not limited to the following items:
• Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft.
• The conduct of a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports.
• Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Solairus Aviation and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew.
• Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.

Qualifications

• Total time = 1000 hours
• PIC = 500 hours
• MEL = 500 hours
• MEL PIC = 100 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet = 100 hours
• Instrument = 75 hours

Specific Qualifications/Certifications

• Type rated on Phenom 300 or comparable aircraft
• First class medical required.
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis
• Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually
• Primary residence within a 2 hour drive from KPWK or willing to relocate.

Additional Information

Solairus collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. Solairus crewmembers are paid $50,000 to $500,000 based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
