Job summary

Jet Access is seeking a TYPED/CURRENT Phenomenal 300 Captain to lead operations on a floating aircraft, with the flexibility to live anywhere. You will command diverse managed and charter flights, supervise crew, and uphold the Jet Access standard of safety, client experience, and operational excellence.

The role requires ATP and First Class Medical certifications, extensive PIC experience, and a strong mentorship mindset.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate and current First Class Medical Certificate required.
• Extensive Part 135 or corporate flight operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and safety culture demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for safety culture, professionalism, and service standards.
• Mentor and guide First Officers in flight operations.
• Deliver feedback following flights and support crew development.
• Foster open communication and shared accountability for safety and mission success.
• Coordinate observations with Chief Pilot to inform crew progression.
