Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking exceptional security and privacy researchers to advance trustworthy AI by co-designing secure hardware and software across the stack. This internship offers hands-on work on vulnerabilities, novel protections, and collaborations with diverse teams, with opportunities to publish and present at conferences.

Applicants should be pursuing a Ph.D. in CE/CS/EE with deep expertise in at least one security area and experience in C, C++, and Python.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Ph.D. in CE/CS/EE with a strong background in computer architecture, OS, languages/compilers, applied cryptography, and/or AI/ML.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one security area with the ability to be a go-to resource within a cross-disciplinary team.
• Strong publication and research collaboration records.
• Experience with experimental research and development.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze potential vulnerabilities and risks in future AI systems.
• Develop hardware, software, and algorithms to enable trustworthy AI with strong security guarantees.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, research, and product teams; publish original research and present at conferences.
