Remote hourly contract (part-time) with pay ranging from $45 to $90 per hour. Applicants must hold a PhD in a STEM field and have hands-on research experience across academic, industrial, or national labs, with the ability to justify technical judgments for replication.

Create and evaluate difficult technical problems based on your STEM research area. Each problem should include realistic constraints and supporting data, with a defensible solution and clear reasoning.

• Set objective criteria so another researcher can judge whether an answer is correct.
• Review problems from other contributors for technical accuracy and sound methods.
• Flag problems that are ambiguous, cannot be graded reliably, or are otherwise unsuitable for evaluation.
• Identify plausible but incorrect approaches and explain subtle errors.

• Publications or another record of research contribution are an advantage. AI training, model evaluation, or expert data project experience is helpful but not required.
