Qualifications

• Pursuing a PhD in CS, math, engineering, or related field.
• Strong background in LLM topics or RL.
• Excellent coding ability in Python or C++.
• Experience with ML/NLP/LLM research preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing advanced technologies in AI, particularly AI foundation models and AI agents.
• Conducting research on AI technologies to improve reliability, safety, and trustworthiness.
• Contributing to product development with regards to AI safety and AI ethics.
