Job summary

Dow offers a digital internship in Texas and across North America for PhD scientists and engineers. You will be aligned to key functions including R&D, ISC, M&E, IS, or EHS&S and tackle data science and engineering challenges with domain experts.

You will solve open-ended problems, contribute to manufacturing efficiency, software modernization, and sustainability initiatives while developing expertise as an industrial researcher in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. candidate in a related scientific or engineering field.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred in current graduate program.
• Strong analytical and data-science capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Solve diverse, open-ended problems in data science and engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate digital evolution for Dow.
• Work on projects spanning R&D, manufacturing, operations, safety and sustainability.
