Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize large-scale AI training workloads on AMD GPUs.
• Profile performance bottlenecks across GPUs, CPUs, memory, and networks.
• Build tooling to automate training setup, debugging, and optimization using AI techniques.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate models and training strategies.
• Transform experiments into reusable workflows and best practices.
