Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Operations Research, Mathematics/Applied Math, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Foundational knowledge of causal inference and/or statistical modeling; hands-on programming in Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply causal inference methods to estimate treatment effects.
• Design and build digital twins of patients, disease trajectories, or trials; simulate under counterfactual scenarios.
• Validate and calibrate digital twins against clinical and real-world data.
• Collaborate with clinical and scientific partners to frame questions and communicate insights.
• Present results to senior leaders and stakeholders.
