Job summary

Acuren Inspection is actively seeking qualified PAUT Technicians / Phased Array Technicians to support our operation in Billings, Montana. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred due to on-site duties and travel considerations.

We require a strong NDT background with PAUT, UT, and related methods, current certifications, and the ability to interpret inspection results. Supervisory exposure is a plus and TWIC eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical background in NDT methods (UT, PAUT, CR, DR) with experience.
• Current NDT certifications in the required methods.
• Valid TWIC card or be able to obtain.
• Local to Billings, MT or willing to relocate.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Five years experience in NDT tasks.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking local candidates based in Billings, Montana or the surrounding area, OR individuals who are open to relocating. While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, local availability or a willingness to relocate is preferred due to the nature of this role.

Skills and Requirements

• Some college preferred
• Technical background in NDT (METHOD/S; UT, UTPA, PAUT, CR, DR, etc.) and procedures with five years experience.
• Current NDT certifications in (METHOD/S; UT, UTPA, PAUT, CR, DR, etc.) required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
• Knowledge of NDT equipment
• Valid TWIC card or be able to obtain
