Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a PharmD Fellow, Safety Analysis Scientist, to be located in Horsham, PA. The role provides postgraduate training in safety analyses and regulatory support, under mentorship, to prepare for senior safety responsibilities.

You will support product safety management teams, assist in data analyses, literature reviews, and safety evaluations; engage with cross-functional partners and contribute to safety strategy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. candidates must have graduated from an ACPE-accredited program in the last 2 years or will have received a Pharm.D. prior to start.
• Solid understanding of medical concepts and ability to analyze complex data from diverse sources.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and work in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Support safety evaluations, including strategy discussions with safety leads and MSO; data retrieval, analysis, and report revision.
• Ensure high quality safety evaluations with feedback from stakeholders and revisions as needed.
• Assist in novel projects and participate in task-based activities with limited defined processes.
• Support SMT activities: data prep, meeting minutes, and signal tracking updates.
• Contribute to Health Authority interactions and present information to diverse audiences.
• Deliver guest lectures and educational presentations; rotate through safety areas for broader exposure.
