Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager on the Pharmacy Trade Product team to ideate and drive new programs and services, partnering with drug manufacturers to shape end-to-end product concepts, analytics, and business cases.

You will own product governance, define KPIs, lead cross-functional initiatives, and leverage Power BI/Tableau for insights; experience in healthcare/pharmacy, AI tools, and a strategic mindset required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product innovation and launching new products from concept through commercialization.
5+ years in spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7+ years of overall professional experience.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
5+ years healthcare/pharmacy services experience.
4+ years program management experience.
2+ years using AI tools as a thought partner.
2+ years of Power BI and Tableau dashboard experience.
Must reside in the United States: Rhode Island, Illinois or Arizona.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and development of disease state programs and services with drug manufacturers, defining requirements and success measures.
Collaborate with leadership, analytics teams, and other functions to identify use cases and drive implementation.
Develop rapid business case analyses and make rapid business decisions.
Design and execute complex analyses to meet business needs.
Coordinate cross-functionally to design solutions, test plans, and implementation.
Develop value statements, statements of work, and legal vetting with Trade Strategy teams.
Build, execute, and report product requirements and KPIs for internal/external teams.
Create internal product training and release management artifacts.
Own product governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications.
Define long-term product vision, opportunities, and partner engagement to drive growth.
Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation to reduce costs and improve customer experience.
Deep dive on communication with providers and payers for non-data services and reports.
Act as product owner to monitor performance and address issues.
Lead roadmap development with competitive intelligence and cross-team coordination.
Review Power BI & Tableau dashboards to extract trends and insights for decisions.
Translate data into actionable product insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, trackers, and data reconciliation.
