Job description

Our Company:

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
  2. Experience working in Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room is a plus.
  3. Maintains floor stock, restocking, and removal of expired medications.
  4. Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
  5. Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
  6. Package fill and ship medications.
  7. Responsible for pharmacy standards and adherence to policies.
  8. Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
  9. Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Registered Pharmacy Technician Trainee required.
  3. Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
  4. Must be at least 17 years of age.
  5. Must be reliable and able to execute multiple tasks assigned.
  6. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  7. Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Shift:

  1. Monday-Friday & every other weekend.
