Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead daily operations in the Inpatient Pharmacy South department. You will oversee staffing, dispensing/restocking, and automation, while ensuring safety and compliance with governing laws.

Training will cover procedures, hazards, and safety protocols related to hazardous drugs. Required: Missouri State Board registered Pharmacy Technician (or active application with 30 days to obtain).

Qualifications

• Registered with the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or in process with registration within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician required within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations in the inpatient pharmacy.
• Oversee staffing, dispensing/restocking, and pharmacy automation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with federal/state laws and safety protocols.
