The Specialty Pharmacy Navigator assists in performing manipulative and non-discretionary functions associated with the practice of pharmacy under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to include receiving orders via telephone, fax, and printers and directly from customers. Performs phone call follow ups with patients, providers and pharmacy staff regarding medication orders and claim status. Acts as a support system, providing guidance and education to patients and their families. This is a staff level position working under supervision of a pharmacist. Work situations are a variety of routine duties and functions that require organization and attention to detail.

The pay scale is $32.20 - $51.68 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
