10X Health System is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. This onsite role focuses on processing orders with accuracy, coordinating with pharmacies, and updating CRM systems to support fulfillment and discounts.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, engaging with internal teams to ensure compliant handling of medications and smooth account handoffs while maintaining detailed records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license issued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with EHR systems like Dr.Chrono and basic order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Process orders with accuracy and compliance to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to manage medication orders efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline by ensuring all orders are processed daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pharmacy or patient medication issues.

COMPENSATION: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ
WORKPLACE SETTING: Onsite

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an Pharmacy Technician Specialist to help us process orders with accuracy and compliance, ensuring proper tracking, tracing, and delivery. This logistics-focused role requires strong communication skills with pharmacies, along with managing order verification, issue resolution, and system updates in our CRM. An understanding of the pharmaceutical space is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM and order fulfillment best practices.

The schedule for this opportunity will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with an hour break.

OBJECTIVES

• Process orders with accuracy and compliance to ensure seamless fulfillment
• Coordinate with pharmacies to manage medication orders efficiently
• Maintain a clean and up-to-date opportunity pipeline by ensuring all orders are processed daily
• Troubleshoot and resolve pharmacy or patient medication issues
• Work with retention and operations teams to enhance the patient experience and ensure smooth account handoff
• Verify and approve all applicable discounts
• Communicate order rejections to the account owner and supervisor, providing reasons for rejection
• Onboard new pharmacies and research medications to address questions or concerns
• Update and maintain price books in Salesforce
• Manage and implement new promotions in Salesforce based on marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the medical coordinator on cases or orders that do not meet compliance standards

COMPETENCIES

• Understanding of order tracking and tracing best practices
• Knowledge of efficient order fulfillment processes and inventory management
• Ability to manage high volumes of pharmaceutical inventory with precision
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for procurement and order management
• Experience with requisitioning, receiving, and processing pharmaceutical orders
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations, drug sourcing, and fulfillment processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and compliance
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and pharmacies
• Excellent customer service mentality with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess an active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licenseissued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
• Proficient in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Proficient in EHR systems, such as Dr.Chrono
• High school diploma or equivalent
