Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Typing 25 wpm
• Cash register operation, calculator and computer
• Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs of inventory
• Ability to work with others

Responsibilities

• Assist in distribution and processing of prescriptions and sale of OTC medications
• Enter prescription data into computer
• Perform billings and file maintenance
• Receive payments for prescriptions and purchases
• Assist in stocking and storage of inventory
• Interact with the public and report to pharmacists
