Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Call Center supporting Pharmacy Care Team and Inventory Control programs. Agents are responsible for assisting patients with their pharmacy needs, as well as presenting and enrolling patients in various pharmacy services with a goal of improving their levels of care. Interact with CVS pharmacy staff and other care providers to streamline the overall prescription experience for patients. Receive inbound call volume from CVS retail pharmacies, accurately record all non-preferred drug orders and provide order status information as requested. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures.
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
