Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices and deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Develop strong relationships with valuable customers.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems; verify accuracy.
• Assist with prescription filling and checking for interactions under supervision.
• Communicate prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Handle cash and assist customer to OTC aisles as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse overages/damages.
• Support clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels in Pharmacy area.
• Support relationships with local medical community and external providers.
• Complete assignments and other tasks as assigned.
