You will handle prescriptions by various intake methods and assist with inventory and compliance. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with PTCB/CPhT credentials preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive prescriptions by walk-in, phone, fax, computer, or mail.
• Verify information on prescriptions for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare prescriptions for dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of drugs.
• Adhere to all laws and pharmacy policies; assist in training staff.
• Support in resolving client concerns and pursue continuing education.
