Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with health and wellness needs.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report any illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Follow company guidelines on inventory management, ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities and ensure accurate product dispensing under supervision.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding privacy and security.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and provide helpful information to customers and employees.
