Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and assist patients promptly.
• Answer calls, refer clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Assist pharmacists with preparation, filling, dispensing.
• Ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and safe stocking practices.
• Communicate updates on medication availability and pricing.
• Process insurance claims, adjudication, and pre-authorizations.
• Support 340B program requirements and POS systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel between Premier sites as needed.
• Participate in QA/QI activities.
