Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, licensure and certification.
• State rules vary; some states require 16+ and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular and predictable shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory activities, returns-to-stocks, and cycle counts.
• Stay flexible for scheduling and business needs; may travel to market stores.
