Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
• Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and specialist appointments
• Walk the Springfield, OR floor at handoff, laying eyes on every patient before you sign out
• Float between triage and treatment as census swings across the Springfield, OR shift
• Adhere to TechNova Group policies, ethics, and professional boundaries
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate care
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and rounds
• Run TNCC Certification and Nasogastric Tube Insertion protocols with the precision TechNova Group expects of every junior hire
