Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a current national/state registration, certification, or license.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications according to state and other regulations.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Assist with non-dispensing services using various platforms and tools.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with laws and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by regulators.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
