Qualifications

• Must comply with state pharmacy licensure and education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by following all SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personalized service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone to keep patients healthy.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and related duties.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback; expand clinical and technical knowledge.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and market needs; travel to stores as needed by the business.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure safety and privacy.
• Deliver additional patient health care services (e.g., immunizations) where allowed by law and training.
