Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and excellent patient care. You will assist with workflow, immunizations, and customer service while following SOPs and state regulations.

This full-time role requires completion of required training, state licensure, and certification where applicable. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to provide compassionate service in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to a safe, inclusive store environment.
