CVS Health Corporation in Virginia Beach is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team and help deliver safe, accurate medications and compassionate service to patients.

You will support the pharmacy operation, complete required training, assist customers, and work under pharmacist supervision while maintaining compliance with state boards and company policies.

This role is 20 hours per week with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Licensure requirements vary by state.
Ability to focus and concentrate on a task.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Verbal and written communication; active listening.
Basic math for prescription calculations.
Problem resolution and decision making.
Preferred: Pharmacy experience; PTCB certification.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy team by managing workstations and tasks.
Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
Provide caring customer service to patients and customers.
Follow state regulations and company policies.
Complete required CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
