Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locates merchandise, resolves issues and concerns, and promotes Walmart products and services.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area and paperwork.
• Complies with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Acts with integrity and works as a team to support customers and associates.
• Delivers results with a customer-first mindset and pursues continuous improvements.
