CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in Rolla, Missouri. This full-time role involves assisting pharmacists, processing prescriptions, and delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will follow SOPs, participate in training, and help ensure accurate, safe dispensing while upholding patient privacy and quality standards. The position requires state licensure compliance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
• State‑level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentration and switching tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients with empathy and care
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, days supply and dosages
• Problem Resolution: address patient or colleague issues with appropriate action
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
