Job summary

CVS Health in Grand Forks, ND is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations, process prescriptions accurately, and deliver compassionate customer service. You will follow SOPs, assist patients at pickup and drive-through, and help ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements including age/education/licensure.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service is preferred.
• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Process prescriptions accurately and safely following SOPs.
• Assist patients with pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions to ensure a positive experience.
