Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 if not specified by state board.
• State and national licensure/certification vary by state.
• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
• Adhere to SOPs and state/federal regulations to support patient safety.
