Job summary

Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with inventory, and providing compassionate care to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists in patient health.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Provide empathetic customer service and care to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Contribute to inventory activities and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Be flexible for scheduling and travel to other stores in the market as needed.
