CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams within our retail locations in Georgia. The role emphasizes accurate prescription processing, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will contribute to a compassionate health experience while working with a collaborative team. The position requires compliance with state regulations, completion of required training, and availability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, incl. age, education, licensure/certification.
• If required, minimum age may be 16 years; if not addressed, high school diploma or equivalent required or enrolled in program.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide customer service and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues using verbal and written skills.
• Apply math to determine tablets, days supply, and bottle quantities.
• Resolve patient or colleague issues with sound judgment.
• Physical demands include lifting, standing for long periods, and other tasks as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
