Job summary

CDPHP is seeking a dependable Pharmacy Technician in Clifton Park, NY to support dispensing under a licensed pharmacist. You will prepare prescriptions, enter data, and assist customers at the point-of-sale, while helping with inventory and deliveries as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of retail pharmacy and customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and prescription software. Flexible schedule and standing/walking are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Detailed data entry experience required.
• Experience with prescription or other customer record management software preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work 8am–7pm; Saturdays may be required.

• Must be able to drive CDPHP vehicle; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and dispense prescriptions under supervision.
