Singing River Ocean Springs Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team under a licensed pharmacist. You will prepare medications, label doses, stock supplies for patient care areas, and assist with IV admixture while adhering to MS Board of Pharmacy rules and accreditation standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (pharmacy tech program preferred) and MS Pharmacy Technician registration. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for patient safety.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician by the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy.
• Must possess a valid Pharmacy Technician Registration from the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patients receive the correct medication.
• Package and label medication doses.
• Fill routine orders for stock supplies to patient care areas.
• Assist in IV admixture preparation and delivery.
• Comply with MS Board of Pharmacy rules and accreditation standards.
